A refrigerator, coffee machine, and filtered water dispenser are provided for staffs’ convenience as well as to encourage them to refresh and stay focused throughout the day. Restroom The restroom cleanliness is well maintained on a daily schedule to ensure the best working environment. All restrooms are renovated from time to time to keep the facility’s condition at above average at all time. Praying Area We provide four prayer rooms; two each for male and female staff. All staffs are free to perform prayers during their respective break hour. First Aid Room First Aid & Nursing room is available on 24 hours basis for staffs’ convenience. We have our own trained Emergency Response Team (ERT) that are trained as the first aid responder in case of an emergency. The team are trained on basic first aid response, safety precautions and other emergency matters. Cafeteria The cafeteria operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve our staffs with affordable meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea break. The cafeteria committee carefully select the caterer and ensure the facility and food quality are satisfactory. Staff Parking The safety of our staffs, including their vehicles, is one of our priority. We assure a safe working environment with CCTV and security guards on 24/7 rotating duty. Road safety is also at the top of our list. Pedestrian walk and motorcycle lane are prepared as safety measure inside the company’s premise and reflective vests are provided as safety measure outside the company premise. Factory Facilities Cogen Cogenerator or combined heat and power (CHP) system is a power generation facility that is used to produce heat and electricity simultaneously. The system uses natural gas or other fuel sources to generate electricity, and the excess heat is captured and used for heating and cooling within the facility. New Warehouse Our warehouse is a large storage facility to store raw materials, finished goods, etc. We ensure all orders is delivered correctly systematically to our customers. Electric Vehicle (EV) Quick Charging Station The charging station provides a convenient and reliable way for our staffs and visitors to charge their electric vehicles. Chiller The chiller cools down machines that are heated up during operation. Electronic components generate heat during continuous operation which affect their performance and lifespan. The chiller ensures the temperature of the machines and it’s components are regulated to maintain machine performance. X-Ray Room X-ray is used to inspect and ensure the structural integrity of the capacitors by verifying the internal dimensions and identifying manufacturing defects and/or potential flaws. Chemical Store We ensure all chemicals used to produce our products are safety stored and strictly controlled. In 2022, we upgraded our Chemical Store facility as required by the Department of Occupational, Safety & Health (DOSH). On top of storage environment, we prioritize safety measures in handling and using the chemicals throughout the production process to prevent risk to our staffs and end products. Skill - Up Facilities Training Room All of our staffs are highly trained to ensure the highest quality of end products. At the training room, we conduct new staff orientation, job specific training and many other learning activities and development opportunities Meeting Room We have three meeting rooms, two lounge rooms, one conference room and one multipurpose room for meetings, discussions, and presentations. They are equipped to facilitate effective communication and active collaboration. Multi Purpose Hall Serve as a spacious area to hold activities and functions with large audiences. We usually use this facility for the monthly management assembly, group activities and other events. The chiller ensure machine’s and it’s components heat is regulated at the desired temperature to maintain machines operation efficiency. We do x-ray inspection of capacitors primarily to ensure their structural integrity, verify the alignment of internal components, and identify any potential defects or manufacturing flaws. Meeting Room Nichicon Malaysia has 3 meeting rooms, 2 lounge rooms, 1 conference room and 1 multipurpose room. All room designated for conducting meetings, discussions, and presentations.
